The Extreme Point uses a higher percentage (48%) of its available front surface than a conventional plastic tip (22%) or soft point (8%) bullet.
This construction also provides an excellent ballistic coefficient combined with a very high initial velocity to maintain high residual velocity even at long range. The trajectory remains flat and incredibly accurate.
